Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive Specialist Marketing Intern to support the fairly new marketing function of our growing international B2B company.

You will respond to the Head of Marketing, based in the UK, and work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive, based in Malaga, Spain. You will be actively supporting, facilitating and contributing to the marketing efforts across a growing marketing mix within the company, with a clear focus on making the most of our marketing automation platform HubSpot.

You are enthusiastic and proactive, have a passion for marketing and technology and love to work as an active member of a team. You are likely to be a curious person, with keen interest in what makes marketing successful in promoting the company and supporting sales.

This new role is a great opportunity for you to put to good use and expand your knowledge, as well as to gain first-hand experience, develop new skills and improve your English.

You are going to:

  • Learn how to use HubSpot in order to carry out various marketing tasks such as database work, customer and prospect profiling, email campaigns, and reporting.
  • Work on improving and expanding our marketing database.
  • Help with planning and preparing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Set up, carry out, and report on email campaigns in order to improve awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing.
  • Contribute to the preparation of marketing content and material
  • Learn how to improve the optimization of the website and how to prepare proposals (SEO, etc.)
  • Conduct research and stay updated on our marketplace.
  • Learn how to support the correct brand representation across all channels


  • In the last year of your Marketing degree course/Master of Science.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice
  • Keen interest in B2B in technology, email campaigns, marketing automation platforms, SEO/SEM, web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and LinkedIn.
  • Good knowledge of the marketing mix and its various elements
  • Very good attention to details
  • Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English speaker (B2-C1 level)
  • Residence in Málaga (Spain)

What we offer

  • Grant of 500 euros per month.
  • Our internship programme is 25 hours per week for 6 months.
  • Possibility of an hybrid model (remote and office work).
