At the event, Future Connections’ service assurance capabilities were in action in the Catalyst proof of concept ‘Converged access with ODA – Phase II’, which was finalist in 3 categories in the TM Forum Catalyst Awards Program. SMEs and 5G private networks in particular can capitalise on the solution that, leveraging converged network access across multiple technologies, now guarantees SLAs not only during failure but also during impairment (congestion) of service.
